Favorite Cambridge Recipes:
*Note* I use ice in all of my shake recipes and it makes them thick, cold and frothy like an ice cream shake. If you do not want this consistency you can omit the ice from the recipes. You can also substitute hot water and make a hot drink. Make sure and vent the blender by leaving the lid slightly ajar if you use hot liquid.
Mocha Cappuccino: In a blender, combine 1 scoop of Food For Life Chocolate with 1 scoop of Food For Life Cappuccino, 8-ounces of water and 1 cup of ice. Blend for about 20 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Vanilla-Almond Cream: In a blender, combine 1 serving of Cambridge Vanilla, 8-ounces of water, 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract and 1 cup of ice. Blend about 20 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Vanilla-Maple Cream: In a blender, combine 1 serving of Cambridge Vanilla, 1/4 teaspoon maple extract, 1/4 teaspoon butter extract, 8-ounces of water and 1 cup of ice. Blend about 20 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Pina Colada: In a blender, combine 1 serving of Cambridge Vanilla, 1/4 teaspoon of pineapple extract, 1/4 teaspoon of coconut extract, 8-ounces water and 1 cup of ice. Blend for 20 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Coconut Cream: In a blender, combine 1 serving of Cambridge Vanilla, 1/4 teaspoon of coconut extract, 8-ounces water and 1 cup of ice. Blend for 20 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Pumpkin Pie: In a blender, combine 1 serving of Cambridge Vanilla, 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, 8-ounces water and 1 cup of ice. Blend for 20 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Banana Cream: In a blender combine 1/2 serving Vanilla and 1/2 serving Banana Cream, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 8-ounces of water and 1 cup of ice. Blend about 20 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Strawberry Pina Colada: In a blender, combine 1/2 serving Cambridge Strawberry, 1/2 serving Cambridge Vanilla or Banana, 1/4 teaspoon coconut extract, 1/4 teaspoon pineapple extract, 8-ounces water and 1 cup of ice. Blend for about 20 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Chocolate-Orange Delight: In a blender, combine 1/2 serving of Cambridge Chocolate, 1/2 serving of Orange Delight, 8-ounces of water and 1 cup of ice. Blend for about 20 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Chocolate Almond: In a blender combine, 1 serving of Cambridge chocolate, 1/4 teaspoon almond extract, 1/4 teaspoon of coconut extract, 8-ounces of water and 1 cup of ice. Blend for about 20 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Vanilla-Chocolate: In a blender, combine 1 serving of Cambridge chocolate, 1 serving of Cambridge vanilla, 8-ounces of water and 1 cup of ice. Blend for about 20 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Almond Joy: In a blender, combine 1 serving of Cambridge chocolate, 1/4 teaspoon coconut extract, 1/4 teaspoon almond extract, 8-ounces of water and 1 cup of ice. Blend for about 20 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Mexican Coffee: In a blender, combine 1/2 serving of Cambridge Food For Life Cappuccino, 1/2 serving of Cambridge Food For Life Chocolate, 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon, 8-ounces of water and 1 cup of ice. Good hot, too. Just omit the ice and add hot water--don't forget to vent the blender. Blend for about 20 seconds until smooth and creamy.
